We will also offer a variety of market data services for futures, which we intend to spin off into a market data subsidiary. ADE owns its entire technology stack which is currently offered via SaaS agreements to form an additional revenue stream for the business. At ADE we will offer market participants price transparency, a full market depth view, liquid markets and transactional integrity all at a fixed low cost. ADEs technology is ready and deployed, our initial launch will be in the Bahamas where ADE Bahamas will be regulated by the SCB as a CSD, Exchange and CCP, allowing for a full product cycle from issuance, and listing to clearing and settlement.
