Computershare, a Melbourne-based computer services company, announced its plans to acquire ingage IR, a London company specializing in investor relations software. The acquisition will enable ingage to advance its solutions, invest in its team and accelerate product development.
Ingage offers its clients a comprehensive software suite for investor relations and engagement. It works to help quoted organizations build and manage a sound investor relations function. The company serves 15 clients across the globe. Following its acquisition, ingage’s London and Wrocław, Poland teams will transfer to Computershare, which employs over 12,000 employees across the globe.
Computershare provides shareholder connectivity services, including transfer agency and share registration, employee equity plans, proxy solicitation and stakeholder communications. The company also provides various diversified financial and governance solutions, such as corporate trust and mortgage servicing.
