Atlantic House, a London-based systematic manager specializing in defined outcome investment strategies, has agreed to be acquired by WisdomTree Inc. for £150 million, or about $200 million USD.

In a news release, WisdomTree said the deal is intended to support its asset and wealth management efforts, including expanding its ability to develop active ETFs and outcome-oriented strategies globally, and extending its models and portfolio solutions platform into the United Kingdom.

Atlantic House CEO Tom May said the firm will gain access to WisdomTree’s research and distribution capabilities, while continuing to serve existing clients with the same investment approach. He added that the current investment team will remain in place.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026.
