As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing software issues, providing support and guidance while building strong relationships and achieving service level agreements. You will require good knowledge of the products to distinguish between user-related and system-related issues.

Front line legal counsel responsible for drafting, negotiating, and advising on technology transactions, providing commercial contracting support, and advising various teams on legal issues. Assist in creating legal training, improving processes, and cross-departmental communications. Ideal candidate has a law degree, 3 years PQE, experience in SaaS contracting, and strong interpersonal skills.
