Deliver ramp and everboarding enablement for Enterprise sellers across EMEA. Facilitate live and virtual training, administer certifications, gather field insights, lead reinforcement and coaching, and partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to improve performance. Guides onboarding and co-development sessions, resolves technical roadblocks, develops deployment templates, manages implementation projects, and collaborates with Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales. Requires cloud, DevOps monitoring, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, configuration management, and programming experience, plus at least five years as an architect or consultant. Travel up to 30% is required.

Plan and execute regional field marketing programs (campaigns, ABM, events) to drive pipeline and brand awareness. Own program outcomes and budget, evaluate sponsorships, align with Sales, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, and Communications, manage on-site event logistics, track and report performance metrics, and act as regional field marketing lead while expanding remit over time.

Sell Datadog solutions to large enterprise public sector accounts by prospecting Fortune 1000 companies, building territory relationships and pipeline, negotiating deals, expanding account reach, and ensuring accurate forecasting.

Serve as Datadog expert for partner channel: onboard, train, and enable partner technical teams; support migrations, modernization, demos, proofs of value; advocate partner technical needs internally; collaborate with product, engineering, and partners to drive adoption and prioritize features.

Deliver targeted technical training and foundational webinars to large customers, update and scale enablement content, partner with Sales and Customer Success, mentor new hires, collaborate with Product and Engineering for product feedback, run internal and in-person enablement events, contribute to team OKRs, and stay current on observability and DevOps practices while delivering high CSAT.

Manage and coach a regional Sales Engineering team to qualify and close opportunities. Lead technical customer engagements, support demos and POCs, recruit and onboard talent, collaborate with Product, Support, and Enablement, and run performance reviews and development plans.

Target and close new business within Fortune 100 and other strategic enterprise accounts across EMEA. Develop outbound prospecting strategies, build pipelines, navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, cross-sell Datadog products, negotiate enterprise contracts, demonstrate value and ROI, and maintain accurate forecasts. Collaborate with marketing and solutions engineering while owning account growth and customer validation.
