Lead end-to-end proposal management for strategic EMEA bids: write and edit responses, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and reviews, conduct post-mortems, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Legal, Security, and Marketing to ensure high-quality submissions.

Lead partner-first enablement for resellers and GTM teams: design onboarding, playbooks, certifications, and training; integrate partner content into field programs; track adoption and partner-sourced pipeline; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain enablement assets (Seismic).

Own and scale Braze's global agency alliance program: define GTM strategy, acquire and onboard partners, drive sourced and influenced pipeline with Sales, commercialize partner relationships, measure partner performance, and coordinate cross-functionally to support agency motions worldwide.

Customer-facing pre-sales technical role: craft and present solutions, collaborate across teams, design architectures, advise on APIs, mobile, email/SMS, analytics and marketing automation; travel up to 40%.
