About Us

Quantanite is a global customer experience and digital solutions partner that blends cutting-edge AI with the human touch. Headquartered in London and operating across four continents, our teams help some of the world’s fastest-growing brands scale smarter, work faster, and deliver better service—every time.

We’re not your typical outsourcing company. We’re redefining what it means to deliver customer and data operations for the AI age.

While others chase incremental efficiency, we’re engineering leaps in performance by fusing Agentic AI with high-grade human expertise. Our mission is to transform traditional BPO models into intelligent ecosystems that learn, anticipate, and improve every day.

Our clients span retail and eCommerce, food delivery, travel, technology, and home services — helping them scale intelligently, lower cost-to-serve, and unlock new value through automation, analytics, and insight.

If you want to be part of a fast-moving, forward-thinking global team that values both results and relationships, you’ll feel right at home here.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Director to drive Quantanite’s next phase of growth across Europe by winning business from clients ready to move beyond traditional outsourcing. This is a quota-carrying strategic sales role for a self-starter who can generate demand where others see resistance, take a contrarian position in the market, and turn that position into commercial traction.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead consultative sales engagements with enterprise buyers, positioning Quantanite as a different kind of partner: one that combines AI-led service design, operational rigor, and expert human execution to deliver value far beyond labour arbitrage. A central part of the role is building executive confidence that Quantanite is not simply selling a better short-term operating model, but is the right partner to help clients create sustained long-term value through transformation, efficiency, resilience, and smarter customer operations.

You will own the full sales lifecycle — from origination and qualification through solutioning, negotiation, closure, and transition into delivery — while developing senior relationships across target accounts and industries. You must be able to navigate skepticism, challenge conventional buying logic, and credibly demonstrate why Quantanite can deliver what many others merely promise.

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who can think strategically, sell with authority, and build the kind of trust that turns first deals into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop, qualify, and convert new enterprise opportunities across target sectors (Retail/eCommerce, Food on Demand, Travel, Technology, and Home Services).
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from initial prospecting through to contract closure and handover to delivery.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements that reframe client challenges and position Quantanite’s solutions effectively.

Client Engagement & Solutioning

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with senior decision-makers across Operations, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and Procurement.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and Solutions & Transformation teams to design tailored proposals and commercial models aligned to client outcomes.
  • Translate complex AI and operational capabilities into clear, compelling commercial value.

Pipeline Management & Performance

  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and ensure accurate forecasting through CRM and data-driven reporting.
  • Manage opportunities effectively to maximise conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.

Market Development & Brand Representation

  • Contribute to evolving Quantanite’s positioning in the European market through thought leadership, networking, and industry engagement.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Quantanite’s AI-first, outcomes-driven approach in all interactions.
  • Identify emerging opportunities, trends, and potential new verticals.

Qualifications

Essential

  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, consultative sales, or go-to-market roles within outsourcing, CX, SaaS, technology-enabled services, or related sectors.
  • MBA preferred, particularly for candidates who combine strong commercial instincts with analytical and strategic capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex, business-impacting solutions rather than purely transactional services or commoditised offerings.
  • Evidence of a strong growth trajectory, including consistent outperformance, rapid progression, or early assumption of larger commercial responsibilities.
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and contribute to consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect client pain points to broader operational and business outcomes.
  • Experience in one or more operationally intensive sectors such as Retail & eCommerce, Travel, Home Services, Food Delivery, Logistics, or adjacent environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presence, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge conventional thinking and sell a differentiated market position.
  • Demonstrable ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-accountability environments.
  • High levels of ambition, ownership, resilience, and drive, with the potential to grow into a broader sales leadership role over time.

What We Offer

  • Work Model: Remote role within the United States.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.
  • Career Growth: Opportunity to play a key role in shaping European market expansion.
  • Leadership Exposure: Work closely with senior leadership in a high-growth environment.
  • Culture: A collaborative, performance-driven environment that values curiosity, courage, and innovation.

Quantanite is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
