UI/UX DEVELOPER

What you’ll achieve

As a UI/UX Developer you will be part of our highly dynamic and innovative Digital Solution team, dedicated to creating cutting-edge mobile applications that cater to the ever-evolving needs of our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for both designing and developing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our healthcare applications. You will have the opportunity to exercise creative freedom, driving innovation while ensuring our applications are accessible, engaging, and easy to use.

You will:

• Design and wireframe engaging, accessible, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile healthcare apps.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to create seamless user experiences.

• Collaborate with the Scrum master to create tickets for the DevOps agile process.

• Translate user requirements into intuitive, interactive, and responsive designs.

• Analyse feedback and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction and engagement.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in UI/UX development, with a portfolio showcasing your best work, including responsive web and mobile applications.

• Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG) and design systems.

• Ability to think creatively, independently, and innovate within the constraints of a regulated industry.

• The candidate must be a self-motivated team player and eager to continually develop themselves.

• Good communicator, able to discuss requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
