At Mindera, we’re looking for a Senior Tech Project Manager to join our team and take on a key role in our Fintech vertical.

This is a pivotal position where your mission will be to ensure the successful execution of the project, managing scope, budget, schedule, and risks, while keeping our teams supported, focused, and delivering with quality.

The successful applicant will need to be comfortable travelling to our London office, our other Mindera offices or the client site three days a week. We are currently open to either a contractor or permanent employee.


Requirements
  • Own the end-to-end project management process, from scope definition to delivery, ensuring goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Negotiate and manage client expectations, building strong and transparent communication.
  • Create and maintain a clear project roadmap and a delivery plan, tracking progress and adapting when needed.
  • Lead and organize multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, focus, and accountability.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to ensure project stability and predictability.
  • Be pragmatic and hands-on, someone who knows how to remove pressure from teams, unblock issues, and keep things running smoothly.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management, aligning business, product, and technology perspectives.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in software development environments.
  • Technical understanding (architecture, development, or software delivery background).
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation, and communication skills.
  • Confidence in negotiating with clients and managing expectations.
  • Experience organising and leading multiple teams in dynamic settings.
  • A pragmatic, results-oriented mindset, focused on delivery and outcomes.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and to shield teams from unnecessary stress.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally as required by project needs.
  • Experience within the Fintech domain is a big plus.
