The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will own and handle the technical lifecycle of Roche Information Solutions, overseeing core lab, POC, integrator, and beyond. You will own the UK/IE relationship with Global Customer Support for technical advice, management, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical escalation support (local/global).
  • Complete solution documentation management.
  • Lead all aspects of upgrade and modification management, including version control.
  • Lead the technical training strategy for Information Solutions.
  • Maintain and own the technical tender specifications.
  • Ensure new product introduction checklists and communication.
  • Monitor key solution performance metrics and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Manager and various teams to ensure effective customer support.
