Job Responsibilities:
- Abgeschlossenes technisch orientiertes Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Bereich Qualität
- Fähigkeit, ein Team zu leiten, kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voranzutreiben und optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Berufserfahrung und nachweisbare Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse der spezifischen Qualitätsanforderungen und Umsetzung der gängigen
Q-Methoden - Erfahrungen in der Auditierung nach VDA 6.3/IATF 16949 (Zertifizierung als VDA 6.3 Auditor wünschenswert)
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine starke Zielorientierung, Leistungsbereitschaft und Teamorientierung
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
