Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our hiring process for German market, ensuring that both hiring managers and candidates enjoy an exceptional experience. You will leverage innovative tools and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall talent acquisition journey—from job postings and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Pipelining: Collaborate with senior team members to develop effective sourcing strategies and ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Interview Facilitation: Partner with hiring managers to prepare for interviews, ensuring a professional and efficient process.
  • Consulting: Provide guidance to hiring managers on our 7-Step Hiring Process, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Offer Management: Assist in constructing and extending offers, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding.
  • Resource Management & Analytics: Track and report on resourcing statistics

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field, ideally with experience hiring for data centres and/or engineers
  • Fluent in both German and English languages
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we value experience and passion above all.
