We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support our end-to-end hiring activity. This role will manage a variety of different requisitions, ownership of candidate pipelines, ATS management, and recruitment coordination / administration while working closely with hiring managers and the wider Talent Acquisition team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has a worked within an internal Talent Acquisition function or someone looking to transition from an agency environment, you enjoy picking up the phone and engaging with candidates, managing a variety of roles, and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.
We work on a hybrid basis and would suit someone who can be in central London 1 – 2 days a week.
Initial 12 month FTC - March start.
Key Responsibilities:
Requisition & Candidate Management:
- Manage a variety of assigned requisitions across multiple roles and functions.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound candidates via the ATS.
- Review, screen, and progress applications in line with role requirements.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to support shortlisting and candidate progression.
Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones. (UK & US).
- Schedule interview panels, book meeting rooms, and manage virtual interview links.
- Prepare interview packs, agendas, and candidate communications.
- Collect and track interview feedback to ensure timely hiring decisions.
Recruitment Administration & Experience:
- Prepare recruitment documentation including job specs, interview packs, and offer details.
- Support pre-employment checks and onboarding handovers.
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
- Provide general recruitment administration and coordination support to the TA team.
Essential Experience:
- Previous resourcing experience within an internal or agency environment.
- Exposure to high volume and fast paced recruitment environments.
- Experience hiring various skill sets including AI, Cloud, Infrastructure and more.
- Ability to navigate multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience drafting job descriptions, managing job posts, scheduling interviews.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter & scheduling tools.
