Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Marketing Manager to join our UK team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. Must be a self-starter and team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity. You have a proven track record of through the line campaign ideation and execution as well as a knowledge of prospecting, negotiating, and closing partnerships to support and fulfill strategic objectives.
  • This is a new headcount to support the development of the UK market. With the ambitious target that we would like to achieve in our online business and eventually physical retail spaces, and overall the increase of brand exposure in UK, a new headcount is essential to support the research and execution of various marketing and business development campaigns.


Job Description

  • To develop and implement comprehensive, multi-channel, brand marketing strategies consistent with and aligned to both the UK and Global goals and objectives 
  • Responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities inline with key strategic objectives, including but not limited to paid and organic digital channels, KOL marketing, email marketing, CRM & PR 
  • Design and manage local marketing calendar
  • Work with local performance marketing team to ensure seamless full funnel activations 
  • Manage local agencies in support of key strategies - e.g. PR / KOL
  • Partner with the global functions to ensure that local needs are being met - creative / product / data
  • Where needed support the creation of content designed to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and explore key opportunities for partnerships - both brand and commercial - within the UK
  • Implement and manage analytical tools to track and evaluate the performance and ROI of various marketing and influencer campaigns
  • Utilize a data driven approach to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness 
  • Track weekly/monthly/quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively in preparation for reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Understanding local market trends, entertainment, social media trends, events, and happenings
  • Understand the extensive details of marketing and are familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers' behavior.
  • Plan, monitor, and track the marketing budget for UK


Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing discipline, or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in marketing or related fields for UK / EU market
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other digital metrics 
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, using creative thinking to achieve targets
  • Strong planning, analytical, creative, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of UK market trends and interest in pop culture or prior experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
