About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex projects for our enterprise and strategic clients. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the full implementation cycle, from design and scoping to build, rollout, and change management. You will be an expert in monday.com’s suite of products, ensuring our clients achieve maximum value and success.

  • Workflow Discovery: Collaborate with clients to integrate their most critical workflows into monday.com, by defining their goals, workflows, and technical needs through structured discovery sessions.
  • Platform implementation and training: Build, own, and execute on client workflows, leveraging implementation strategies and processes.
  • Client Ownership: Take full ownership of new accounts, managing their onboarding and implementation journey to ensure a seamless transition to monday.com.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges, ensuring their long-term success with our platform.
  • Project Management: Act as a project manager, meticulously planning and executing implementation timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact throughout the service period, bridging communication between clients and the broader monday.com team.
  • Service Flexibility: Adapt to various service offerings, including Professional Services, Onboarding, and Managed Services, tailored to the client’s package.

Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years in implementation roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise clients.
  • Client Engagement: Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of work management platforms, system integrations, and APIs. Familiarity with GraphQL, single sign-on (SSO), workflow automation tools, and business analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Education: BA or BS degree in a relevant field.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
