The Role
Capco is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Consulting practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver real change for clients across Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. You will bring strong business analysis skills, combined with domain expertise, to help solve complex challenges and enable lasting transformation. Working in a consulting environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to define and deliver pragmatic, results-driven outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead business analysis workstreams, driving requirements definition, gap analysis, and solution design

  • Translate deep industry knowledge into actionable insights across key financial services domains

  • Shape and deliver business change, system implementation, and regulatory programmes

  • Facilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements, and support agile or waterfall delivery

  • Present structured findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong business analysis experience with proven change delivery across financial services

  • Deep knowledge in one or more domains: Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management

  • Experience collaborating with delivery teams to translate business needs into functional designs

  • Demonstrated consulting soft skills: adaptability, stakeholder management, structured thinking, and excellent communication

  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, with experience using tools like Jira

  • Experience in a consulting environment, particularly with cross-functional delivery teams

  • Ability to lead client workshops and influence senior stakeholders with confidence

  • Proven success in high-pace project settings with shifting priorities and ambiguity
