Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Steer a project to ensure successful outcomes for both Catalyst and external stakeholders.

Project Planning: Document and manage all identified tasks, effort, dependencies and milestones required to deliver the project.

Task Tracking: Ensuring that tasks are delegated effectively, are completed and burn down is monitored.

Resource Management – ensuring the correct resources are booked to work on the project. Directing, motivating the team and managing the project resources

Client Liaison: Communicating progress, issues and risks to stakeholders and project sponsors.

Cost management: Interacting with the Catalyst Finance team to help coordinate invoicing against project milestones.

Qualifications:

Expertise in Agile/Scrum/SAFe/KANBAN methodologies in an onsite, nearshore and offshore model

5+ years of experience leading the delivery of digital transformation projects such as strategy and design, data and analytics, web and mobile development, digital platform implementation, test automation, RPA, managed services support

Exceptional, ability to present to senior management and key stakeholder

You will and have the ability to delegate effectively

Knowledge of PM and Scrum tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, Sharepoint etc

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Willingness to travel as required
