Full Time – 40hrs pw (Mon-Thurs 10am-6.30pm, Fri 8am-4.30pm)

Working in our UK support functions you’ll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. The purpose of this role is to ensure all reception and administrative activities in the Bupa centre are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will contribute as a support network in providing outstanding customer service to our customers (adults and children) every time they touch base with us.


How you’ll help us make health happen:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in addition to supporting the customer journey throughout the centre right through to a thorough checkout.

  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming customer queries via phone calls and proactively managing local mailbox and emails

  • Ensure all customers have the correct paperwork to support their visit –appointment packs (where applicable), clinical file preparation and consent forms.

  • Effective results management (including receiving, scanning, and uploading) and follow-up of suppliers to ensure turnaround within the agreed SLA.

  • Ensure all customer details are correct, customers are arrived, appointments booked, changed, and rescheduled. Process of payments, invoices, added charges and credit notes upon customer departure.


Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Administrative experience in a healthcare environment (desirable)

  • Customer service experience and highly customer focussed.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.

  • PC literate, with knowledge of MS office packages.
