What You Will Do

You will redefine how we build products at Neural Concept, allowing the team to scale its operations while maintaining the strengths of a small, agile organization. You will enable the team to operate in a full-stack AI fashion by embedding intelligence at every level of the product management and development activities.

You will:

  • Build cutting-edge internal LLM infrastructure supporting different product development use-cases, from issue triage and management, to publishing custom MCPs and automating tests to supercharge deep development workflows.

  • Champion developer experience, ensuring every engineer in the team has access to a state-of-the-art environment, refocusing energy on what really matters, while automations and clear interfaces enable seamless technical collaborations by design.

  • Advocate the full-stack AI philosophy more broadly in the company, playing a key role in stirring our AI automation guild.

Who You Are

You are a developer at heart, passionate about how AI is redefining the software development lifecycle. You are highly aware of the accelerated transformation happening in our space and committed to harnessing this power to open new opportunities in developing better digital products, faster.

In addition, you bring:

  • Practical experience building complex LLM-powered workflows interacting with heterogeneous services and infrastructure.

  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, and what it takes to build reliable systems at scale, including – but not restricted to – CI/CD, testing, and infrastructure management.

  • A clear understanding of product management and product ownership processes, going from different types of user feedback intake to well-shaped and prioritized development initiatives.

  • Solid Python programming experience.

  • Hands-on DevOps experience.

  • A solid team spirit and a builder mindset. You are eager to do what it takes to make things work, share your success with the team, and push the limits of what’s possible, together.

  • Curiosity to experiment with new LLM technologies and enable the team to stay cutting-edge through this fast revolution

What You Get

  • Work with a world-class technology team – our engineers are top-notch, and we always aim for excellence.

  • Benefit from a competitive salary and rewarding opportunities as we continue to scale.

  • Thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment where your work is visible and recognized.

  • Develop professionally alongside talented colleagues who share knowledge freely and support one another.

  • Make a global impact by helping customers shift to AI-assisted design, making innovation faster, smarter, and more sustainable.

  • Balance life and work with a hybrid model and flexible hours—we care about results, not rigid schedules.

We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where you can thrive.
