We now have an opportunity for a brilliant Performance Marketing Executive to join the team and we are searching for someone with a growth mindset.
In this role, you will support on the Performance Marketing strategy and execution for both the Shark & Ninja brands, playing a crucial role in delivering further growth in the UK for 2025, and beyond.
What will you do:

• Performance Marketing Strategy - Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in creating and executing the strategy for all categories with a focus on efficiently growing, revenue and traffic.
• Collaboration with Channel Specialists - Work closely with the channel specialists (PPC, Paid Social, CRM, SEO, Affiliates etc.) and external agency partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Report on key performance marketing metrics (e.g., ROAS, traffic) against forecasts, identifying trends and insights for improvement. This will include presenting this information in daily/weekly/monthly meetings.
• Data Analysis & Insights - Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance data, providing actionable insights to the wider DTC team and contributing to optimisation strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Align with various teams, but especially the marketing teams (Media, planning, social etc.) to ensure alignment on plans for product launches and category growth.
• Campaign Support for Product Launches & Promotions - Assist in planning and executing performance marketing strategies for new product launches and major campaigns (e.g., Black Friday), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Digital Best Practices & Innovation - Stay informed about digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry innovations, sharing knowledge with the team to improve campaign effectiveness.
• External Partner Coordination - Assist in managing relationships with media agencies and platform partners such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Competitor & Market Benchmarking - Regularly review and report on competitor activity and industry benchmarks to help inform performance marketing strategy.

What you will have:

• Experience in multi-channel digital marketing
• A strong commercial acumen and results driven
• Advanced data manipulation skills, strong Excel knowledge is essential
• A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to test new ideas
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of being able to multitask
