We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and inspire our high-performing Immunology field sales team in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will drive consistent sales performance, exceed targets, and champion our leadership in dermatology. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, you will play a key role in crafting operational excellence and delivering strong business outcomes.

In a typical day you will:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Provide in-field coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities to your team.
  • Develop and implement tactical sales plans that align with national, regional, and local account strategies.
  • Supervise and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, including clinical experts in dermatology.
  • Partner with internal teams and alliance collaborators to implement training programs and address market dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes of practice, such as ABPI, while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Represent the UK sales team in international projects and cross-functional collaborations.

To Be Considered:

We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced education is a plus) and 10+ years of biopharma experience, including 5+ years in sales leadership within speciality care. A demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets with integrity, strong leadership skills, and the ability to travel as needed is important.

Preferred qualifications include experience in immunology, biologics and/ or dermatology, as well as established relationships with key opinion leaders and alliance management expertise.
