JOB DESCRIPTION
The ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Administrator will be responsible for the development and ongoing administration of the HRSD module and related HR components in the ServiceNow platform. As part of the IT Enterprise Technology Services team, you will collaborate with the HR team and HRIS to ideate and implement technical enhancements that will increase efficiencies and automations related to HR processes. In this role, the HRSD admin is responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of existing functionality as well as new features, functionality and enhancements to improve HR's service delivery and the employee experience at UL Solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position offers a hybrid work model, with the office located in Warsaw.
As the HRSD platform admin you will:

  • Perform daily system administration activities for ServiceNow HRSD including, but not limited to, developing & maintaining service catalog items, administering workflows, technical troubleshooting & problem resolution, and testing
  • Maintain configuration of out of the box functionality including forms, record producers, groups, workflows, tasks, reports and notifications for HRSD as dictated by business requirements
  • Be a member of the ServiceNow platform team and collaborate with enterprise IT to maintain and advance the overall ServiceNow platform, ensuring platform stability, security, and support of all compliance requirements
  • Support ServiceNow HRSD application enhancements participating as necessary in ideation and requirements gathering, analysis and directly overseeing development, testing and deployment.
  • Evaluate, prototype, and configure desired enhancements; develop test scripts and execute UAT; monitor and report on overall system performance and operational achievements
  • Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings with HRSD service owners to discuss and review defects, incidents and potential enhancements. Collaborate with the HRIS analyst to provide insights and recommendations for improvements, ensuring that service issues are promptly addressed, and solutions are effectively implemented.
  • Build and document platform related process methodologies for the HRSD application, which may include system and process guides, and resources to drive consistency and quality of the HRSD module
  • Provide subject matter expert technical level guidance to areas within the organization on ServiceNow HRSD best practices and technical state
  • Be responsible for all HRSD platform activities related to cloning, patching, and upgrades
  • Other platform related activities as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4+ years administrative experience in the ServiceNow Platform CSA certification required, HRSD Implementor or HRSD Service Delivery Professional
    Suite preferred
  • System administration and development experience with the ServiceNow HRSD module including Java script, Flow designer
  • Documented experience working with a variety of SN solutions and modules in a global enterprise environment
  • "Hands on" SDLC knowledge of system technical development/build and deployment and change management activities (training, communications, system rollout) as well as system development lifecycle
  • Experience delivering mid-size to large implementation projects
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Superior attention to detail combined with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Enjoyment working with customers
  • Experience building applications that meet goals
  • A yearning for knowledge and process improvement
