Adobe’s EMEA B2B Marketing team is passionate about delivering impactful and effective marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, scalable and data-driven demand marketing programs.

The Opportunity

We are in search of a strategic and inventive B2B marketing leader to shape the future of digital demand generation in EMEA. This position is concentrated on creating pipeline impact through digital-first channels — involving paid media, paid search, paid social, webinars, and scalable virtual experiences. You will explore daring new concepts, deliver measurable outcomes, and participate significantly in aligning Marketing and Sales towards growth.

Being the Head of B2B Demand Marketing for EMEA means taking charge of regional digital demand generation campaigns, working with a skilled team to drive pipeline growth.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Leadership

  • Craft and enhance the vision for B2B digital demand generation in EMEA, establishing ambitious objectives and clear measures of success.
  • Develop and mentor the current team of 4 who thrive on experimentation, accountability, and impact.
  • Foster a culture of testing and learning to keep Adobe at the forefront of modern B2B marketing.
  • Champion collaboration with Sales leadership to ensure Marketing is a true growth partner.
  • Test and assess new digital demand generation strategies (e.g. conversational marketing, intent-based targeting, personalised recommendations) to boost pipeline growth.
  • Drive alignment with regional and global campaign frameworks while tailoring to EMEA market needs.
Planning & Execution
  • Translate business and category priorities into coordinated, digital-first demand generation plans.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Sales, GTM, PMM, GMI, and Operations teams to establish robust connections and coordinate planning efforts.
  • Coordinate the implementation of campaigns across content syndication, paid search, paid social, programmatic, webinars, and other digital channels.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to deliver compelling, customer-centric campaigns.
  • Act as a connector across global, regional and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and clarity.
Measurement & Optimisation
  • Own demand generation performance metrics and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Strengthen pipeline reporting capabilities, highlighting insights that clearly indicate Marketing’s contribution to revenue.
  • Team up with analytics and operations to forecast accurately, increase return on investment, and continuously optimise programs.
  • Lead quarterly demand marketing performance reviews and synthesise insights for executive collaborators.
What You’ll Bring
  • Over a decade of expertise in B2B digital demand generation within the EMEA region, demonstrating a tangible influence on pipeline development and revenue outcomes.
  • Proven ability to develop coordinated demand strategies aligned to sales plays, account based marketing, and pipeline acceleration models.
  • Expertise in digital channels (paid media, search, social, webinars, virtual events).
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams and agencies in a regional/global matrix environment.
  • Track record of nurturing positive relationships with Sales and aligning marketing strategies to business goals.
  • Outlook emphasising data analysis with outstanding analytical, planning, and communication capabilities.
  • Experience handling multi-million-dollar budgets with accountability for value.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and executive presence to influence senior collaborators in sales, product, and marketing.
