Job Description

Group Product Manager: Activate Tribe

As the Group Product Manager for the Activate tribe, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy for our customer-facing digital products, ensuring that each interaction with Gousto is personalised, seamless, and impactful. You'll focus on delivering a customer-centric product experience that continually adapts and evolves based on real-time insights and feedback. 

You'll lead and empower a growing team of product managers, all working to enhance our digital product offerings through continuous discovery and a deep understanding of our customers' needs. You'll ensure your team drives meaningful improvements in user engagement and retention, step-changing Gousto's digital product performance to deliver industry-leading customer satisfaction.

You'll work closely with our data science, analytics, and software engineering teams to create a culture of rapid testing, learning, and iteration, leveraging data to drive customer-centric decision-making and value creation. Your focus will be on fostering innovation and building product capabilities that scale, all while delivering features that delight our customers and meet our ambitious growth goals. 

As part of our product leadership, you'll contribute to our vibrant product community, sharing a passion for customer-first digital experiences and a commitment to being the "fastest learning team." You'll help elevate best practices, build new skills, and develop processes that enable the team to solve meaningful problems effectively.

• Defining and executing the product strategy
• Leading and empowering the product team
• Collaborating cross functionally with our data science, analytics and software engineering teams
• Enhancing product performance, focusing on innovation and scalability
• Elevating our product practices and contributing to Gousto's product leadership

Qualifications

Who You Are: 

• Proven track record in building, launching, and scaling digital products that drive significant engagement and customer satisfaction
• Passionate about understanding customer needs and embedding customer insights into the product strategy, driving changes that transform the customer experience
• Deep experience with continuous discovery methodologies, ensuring product decisions are informed by ongoing user research and market insights
• Skilled in managing and mentoring other product managers, effectively growing the talent and skills of a product team
• Effective at leading teams through change, setting ambitious goals, and creating digital products that fundamentally enhance performance and engagement
• Able to articulate complex ideas in simple terms, inspiring both the tech team and stakeholders to rally around a shared product vision
• Background in fast-paced, technology-led environments with a focus on scalable digital product innovation
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with an urgency to deliver quickly on impactful initiatives
