Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energised Customer Logistics professional with exposure to a fast moving product supply chain environment who would like to help us connect with more children at one of the world’s most loved brands.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the 'Supply Chain Specialist' for regional external and internal partners, leveraging data insights to optimize operations.
  • Identify and implement process, tools, and cost improvement opportunities, supporting our cost-to-serve agenda through detailed analysis.
  • Manage change requests from EMEA markets efficiently, using data to inform decision-making.
  • Discover opportunities for standardizing processes across EMEA markets through analytical evaluations.
  • Represent the EMEA Supply Chain with internal key stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to enhance collaboration.
  • Support logistical continuous improvement initiatives at country and regional levels through analytical assessments.

Customer Logistics is organized into three regional teams (EMEA/APAC/Americas). Within the EMEA Supply Chain Operations function, the team focuses on efficiently supplying products to the EMEA customer base, ensuring outstanding service and availability at optimal costs. The team leads strategically important operations focus areas, including retail inventory management and automation, with a strong emphasis on data analysis.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Preferable bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken – fluent in another European language ideal but not essential
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, particularly in Excel, with a focus on data analysis.
  • Direct logistics exposure in FMCG/Consumer Goods Supply Chain, with an emphasis on analytical problem-solving.
  • Ideally you will have experience working with one of the largest ecommerce platform
  • Collaboration and influencing skills, supported by data insights, with internal and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, backed by analytical expertise.
  • Clear understanding of logistics cost drivers and the trade-offs within the value chain, using data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work autonomously and analytically.
  • Experience in analytics and data management, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to travel (up to 10 days travel per year).

The position is based in London, UK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
