We’re hiring for a Change & Transformation Manager to join our UK&I Operations Team in London on a fixed term basis for 6 months.

Purpose of the Role

As Change & Transformation Manager you’ll partner with senior business stakeholders to manage and deliver change and transformation initiatives. Overseeing the strategic planning and execution of transformation projects, ensuring they deliver the desired benefits while managing the people change journey for a positive stakeholder experience, fostering a change mindset and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across the UK&I market, ensuring that all change initiatives align with Dentsu's strategic goals and objectives.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support UK&I transformation initiatives, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment with transformation goals.

  • Create and deliver clear, concise, and compelling communications to support change initiatives.

  • Develop training programs and provide support to our people to facilitate smooth transitions.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Proven experience in consulting, change management and transformation roles with end-to-end transformation delivery.

  • Experienced in driving outcomes and delivering in complex, collaborative environments.

  • In-depth understanding of change methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR Model, etc.) with knowledge of organisational change and design.

  • Capable of identifying the need for change, developing an implementation plan, and overseeing its execution to ensure success.

  • Strong facilitator, able to run workshops across different seniority levels, skilled in developing and implementing communication and stakeholder management plans.

  • A relevant master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Prosci, etc) is a plus.

What we offer

This is a fixed term role for a duration of 6 months.

The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
