About Pinterest:

Millions of people around the world come to our platform to find creative ideas, dream about new possibilities and plan for memories that will last a lifetime. At Pinterest, we’re on a mission to bring everyone the inspiration to create a life they love, and that starts with the people behind the product.

Discover a career where you ignite innovation for millions, transform passion into growth opportunities, celebrate each other’s unique experiences and embrace the flexibility to do your best work. Creating a career you love? It’s Possible.

Pinterest is having a moment in the UK. We’ve been building a small but mighty consumer marketing org in London, including launching the UK brand partnerships team last year.  In the last year, we’ve partnered with the likes of Primark, LEGO, Poodle & Blonde, to drive buzz in the UK.

In 2026, our aim is to continue building successful brand partnerships in the UK, both organic and paid. With this new role, we want to provide paid partnership opportunities to brand advertisers around our key marketing moments. These paid brand partnerships will not only help reach consumer marketing goals, but also help drive revenue.

This is a brand new role in the UK, and although you will work closely with your US counterpart, the UK ad market differs from the US, so you will be building a lot of the work from scratch. It’s an opportunity to run projects end-to-end, to be involved in strategy, sales, creative, measurement and analytics in collaboration with our wonderful cross functional teams.

You’ll be the very definition of entrepreneurial - albeit within a large company - and relish the chance to help Pinterest grow its revenue and presence in the UK.

What you’ll do:

  • As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will spearhead the strategic development and execution of revenue-driving brand partnerships, aligning consumer marketing objectives.
  • Working in partnership with the Global Sales Org (GSO), you will lead on the creation and concepting of sales packages linked to consumer marketing campaigns and priorities, such as Pinterest Predicts, festivals, brand campaign.
  • Working with GSO, you will also identify advertising clients to build bespoke brand partnerships, collaborating on ideas and pitches, in order to drive buzz.
  • Once brand partnerships packages have been agreed, you will develop briefs and project plans to activate them. Working closely with the advertiser, you’ll own any relationship with external agencies and/or Pinterest House of Creative.
  • You’ll partner closely with other functions including creative strategy, measurement and insights, social and product marketing.
  • You’ll monitor and analyse partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and growth, and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Although this is a UK role, some work in other European markets, such as France and Germany, may be required.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in brand partnerships, creative strategy, or sales.
  • Strategic thinker who is capable of translating vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven track record of success in working closely with sales to drive revenue, ideally managing paid brand partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical yet creative; has an aptitude to build strategies based on data and insights and translate into brand partnership sales packages balancing the needs of both Pinterest and our partner.
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience.

Relocation Statement:

  •  This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration once per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the London office.
