C.H. Robinson is seeking an Associate Operation Coordinator to join our Manchester team and play a key role in supporting our logistics operations.

In this role, you will maintain contact with clients, build strong relationships, and ensure quality and efficiency in tasks such as creating orders, scheduling appointments, tracking shipments, and invoicing. You’ll monitor task boards, respond to customer and carrier requests, and validate load data to meet company and client standards. RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Track and monitor shipments, keeping clients informed about any issues or delays

  • Maintain accurate load data in systems, ensuring compliance with company and customer standards

  • Coordinate customs documentation and resolve related issues promptly

  • Communicate with customers and carriers to address requests and ensure satisfaction

  • Schedule appointments and oversee shipment progress through tracking and tracing

  • Monitor task boards and email accounts to respond to inquiries efficiently

  • Document events using SOP knowledge and escalate issues when necessary

  • Support overall logistics operations while prioritizing quality and client relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma

  • Previous customer service experience or experience in the logistics field

  • Knowledge about customs

  • Effective communication, prioritization, and time management abilities

  • Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills 

  • Ability to act quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Open to learning and developing new skills

  • Basic proficiency in Excel and Outlook

Preferred:

  • Experience with TMS systems is a plus

  • Knowledge about customs

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
