Job Purpose

As a Portfolio Management Analyst you will assist with portfolio management responsibilities and initiatives across InfraRed’s managed funds. Your role encompasses financial management and reporting in relation to investments (including performing semi-annual valuations), in addition to delivering value enhancements to maximise yield and NAV.  You will work closely with Fund Managers, Portfolio Directors, Asset Managers and Finance teams within InfraRed as well as the external providers and management teams of projects.

Key Job Responsibilities

Valuations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of financial modelling (transaction or portfolio management experience within the infrastructure sector is ideal)
  • Working knowledge of investment accounting, tax and DCF principles
  • Strong English (written and verbal) communication skills, ability to engage with senior management
  • Proficient in MS Excel as you will be working with detailed Excel project finance models
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team on a variety of tasks concurrently
  • Able to deliver accurate, quality reporting to meet tight deadlines
