In Bank of Georgia, we are searching an AI adoption partner, which will become a key driver of spreading practical AI and GenAI use cases across the bank at scale. This role is focused on broad, day-to-day adoption of diverse AI solutions across teams and processes, turning them into practical initiatives that deliver measurable value.
The AI adoption partner will:
Build and maintain an AI and GenAI adoption roadmap focused on scaling practical use cases across functions.
Partner with business units (retail, SME, corporate, operations, risk, HR and others) to identify, prioritize and shape AI use cases that improve efficiency, revenue and customer or employee experience.
Turn business needs into clear problem statements, high-level requirements and success metrics for data, engineering and AI product teams.
Co-lead pilots and scaling of AI solutions such as assistants, copilots, decision tools and automation, and embed them into daily workflows and channels.
Define and track KPIs and adoption metrics, and drive continuous improvement together with stakeholders.
Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Information Security to ensure responsible and safe use of AI.
Create and deliver internal enablement programs such as trainings, playbooks, prompt libraries and onboarding materials to increase AI literacy and confidence across the bank.
Lead the change-management side of AI initiatives, including communication, stakeholder engagement and feedback collection.
Monitor external AI trends in banking and bring relevant best practices and new ideas into the bank’s AI portfolio.
We are looking for a person who:
Has hands-on familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., prompt-based tools, low-code AI platforms, analytics/BI tools, or cloud AI services).
Has experience working with or alongside data and engineering teams.
Is strong in problem-solving, can quantify business value and define meaningful KPIs.
Communicates clearly with both business and technical audiences and feels comfortable facilitating workshops, trainings and leadership presentations.
Has a background in Business, Computer Science, Data/AI or a related field.
Brings solid experience in digital transformation, AI or data projects, consulting, product management or business analysis, ideally in financial services or tech-driven organizations.
Understands core AI concepts and has exposure to AI-powered products.
Is fluent in Georgian and has good command of English.
In Bank of Georgia, we offer the opportunity to shape how the organization adopts AI on a large scale, to work in an innovation-oriented environment, and to grow professionally through active participation in internal and external AI initiatives.
