Commercial & Medical Affairs | Nucleus Global | Remote or Hybrid

Nucleus Global is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our medical communications team, with a focus on commercial projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a MedComms professional who enjoys variety, thrives on responsibility, and brings a flexible, creative mindset to their work.

In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of accounts and projects, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, strategically driven communications.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading the day to day delivery of projects across exciting therapy areas

  • Acting as a key client contact, building trusted and proactive relationships

  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resourcing across accounts

  • Collaborating with writers, editors, designers, and global teams

  • Applying strategic thinking and creativity to solve challenges and add value

  • Supporting account growth and contributing to new ideas and approaches

What we’re looking for
  • Experience within a medical communications agency

  • Good understanding of Commercial and/or Medical Affairs deliverables

  • Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

  • A flexible, solutions-focused approach with creative thinking skills

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership abilities
